One Unit
- For small landlords -

8%* of collected rent
  • Full service property management for your rental property. Additional fees may apply; see below.
  • *8% or $75/month, whichever is greater.

Two to Four Units
- For growing portfolios -

7%* of collected rent
  • Full service property management for your rental portfolio. Additional fees may apply; see below.
  • *7% or $75/month, whichever is greater.

Five or More Units
- Large portfolio solutions -

6%* of collected rent
  • Full service property management for your rental portfolio. Additional fees may apply; see below.
  • *6% or $75/month, whichever is greater.

Additional Fees:

  • Startup fee: $100
  • Leasing fee: equal to 1 month's rent or $750.00, whichever is greater. 
  • Skyline in-house labor: $65.00 per hour; non-business and weekend hours: $95.00; every additional hour: $ 65.00
  • Outside contractor’s rate: 20% of the gross value of work completed on outside contractors invoices. (Only charged if Skyline arranges and oversees maintenance.)
  • Renovations & large project quotes available on request.
